BRUCE LADD (CEO)

Bruce has appeared in many productions with the Co-op since then, most recently as Beethoven in 33 Variations.  He has also appeared in the Co-op web series The Fur Is Gone, seasons 1 and 3. He has also appeared regionally at La Jolla Playhouse, and the California Shakespeare Festival. He holds an MFA in Acting Performance from the professional actor's training program at University of California, San Diego, and teaches Acting for the Screen and Directing Actors for the Screen internationally in Brisbane, Australia and Dunham, Canada. SAG-AFTRA.

MICHAEL WORDEN (FOREMAN)

Michael is a Los Angeles based actor whose national touring credits include Into the Woods (Jack) and Footloose (Chuck). Other regional credits include Anna Karenina (Stiva), The Baker’s Wife (Barnaby), Our Town (Joe Stoddard). One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest (McMurphy), A Chorus Line (Al Deluca), A Streetcar Named Desire (Stanley Kowalski), Next to Normal (Dr. Fine/Madden), Company (Peter) and Crimes of the Heart (Barnett Lloyd). Caleb John Cushing is a New York City based actor, writer, and film critic. He has studied at Ithaca College, The National Theater Institute, Imperial College London, and also received an MFA from The Actors Studio. Most recently, he appeared in The Bridge Street Theater's production of 'The Subject Was Roses' and received positive reviews. He had his off-broadway debut with his one act play 'Birdsong'. He also contributes to filmreviewdaily.com.

Richard has directed west coast and world premieres at regional theaters all over the United States, including the O'Neill Theatre Center and the Laguna Playhouse.  Favorite productions include VIOLET (LA Stage Alliance Ovation Award for Direction of a Musical), the world premiere musical HOME STREET HOME, FLOYD COLLINS (LA Stage Alliance Ovation Award for Direction and Outstanding Musical), 110 IN THE SHADE (LA Stage Alliance Ovation Award for Outstanding Intimate Musical), WEST SIDE STORY, AVENUE Q and the world premiere of ANITA BRYANT DIED FOR YOUR SINS.  Richard directed the award-winning musical short film INTO LIGHT, and was the theatrical coordinator for the Emmy award-winning series BIG LITTLE LIES. He is the proud recipient of the LADCC Career Achievement Award for Directing.
