Alexa Giuffre was born and raised in Boston, Massachusetts into a large italian family. From the age of 2, she enrolled in dance classes and loved being on stage. It was not until Kindergarten though, where her class performed the short story "The Lady with the Aligator Purse," did Alexa realize that she wanted to be an actor.
From that point on, she performed in all of the musicals at her middle school, as well as competed theatrical pieces in High School. At 17, she moved to California to attend Chapman University where she received her Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Theater Performance, as well as a minor in history. There she was introduced to her other love, film.
